Pastor Alvin Battle

Alvin Battle was born in Tarboro, NC, and grew up in Rocky Mount, NC. He graduated from Northern Nash High School in Nashville, NC, in 1980. Alvin earned an A.A. degree in General Education from Merced College in Merced, California, where he was recognized as the California Junior College Basketball Player of the Year in 1982. He later earned a B.A. in Speech Communications from NC State University in Raleigh, NC, and is a proud member of the 1983 NC State Men's Basketball National Championship Team. Ordained as a minister January 2012.
